Submissions Due for the Buy Local Recipe Book

SMADC’s Recipe Book invitation is open to all Maryland chefs and residents (no formal training is required!). Recipe categories include appetizers, soups and salads, side dishes, main course, desserts, cocktails and soft drinks. Ten recipes using Maryland inspired ingredients that exemplify the bounty of the season will be showcased in the printed 2020 BLC Recipe Book. And 20 additional recipes will be selected to be published on the BLC website ‘Tips & Recipe Page’ as a Buy Local Week resource for everyone to enjoy.
